Responsible Gaming at kj999
We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Your well-being always comes first.
Gaming Should Always Be Fun
At kj999, we believe that online gaming is a form of entertainment — and like all entertainment, it works best when enjoyed responsibly. Whether you play cricket betting, explore our slots, or try your luck at the live casino, we want every session to be a positive experience for players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka to Chittagong and beyond.
Responsible gaming means staying in control of how much time and money you spend. kj999 provides a set of tools and resources to help you maintain that balance, so you can keep playing on your own terms. If you ever feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, our support team is here to help — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only
kj999 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. Players must be 21 years or older to register, deposit, and participate in any form of gaming on this platform. This policy exists to protect young people and ensure that all users can make informed, mature decisions about gambling.
We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point during registration or account operation. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
Deposit Limits — Stay Within Your Budget
kj999 allows you to set personal deposit limits to help you manage your gaming spend. You can configure these limits directly from your account settings:
- Daily deposit limit: restrict how much you deposit within a 24-hour window
- Weekly deposit limit: set a cap for seven consecutive days
- Monthly deposit limit: manage your total spend across an entire month
Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods
If you feel you need a short break from gaming, kj999 offers time-out periods that temporarily suspend your access to the platform. Available time-out durations include:
- 24-hour time-out for a brief daily reset
- 7-day time-out for a full week of reflection
- 30-day time-out for a longer cool-off period
Self-Exclusion — Long-Term Break
Self-exclusion is a more permanent measure for players who feel they need to stop gambling entirely for a significant period. When you request self-exclusion at kj999, your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register during the exclusion period. All outstanding balances will be returned via your original payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer as applicable.
To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected]. We will process your request within 24 hours and confirm closure by email.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling: chasing losses to try to win back money, gambling with money meant for rent or food, hiding gaming activity from family, neglecting work or studies due to gambling, feeling anxious or irritable when not gaming. If any of these describe you, please reach out to our support team today.
Reality Check & Healthy Gaming Habits
kj999 encourages all players to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income. Before each session, set a budget you are comfortable losing, and never exceed it. Use the platform's activity history to review how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during a given period.
Remember: odds always favor the house. Gambling outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be predicted or influenced. Play for fun, stay informed, and take breaks regularly. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) session logs are available in your account so you can always see exactly how much time you have invested in gaming each day.
